Usage
Please use this template to cite Chris Baker's website, The Long, Long Trail.

- url: the full URL of the page being cited. This will be used to automatically generate a link. There is no need to use link tags. Parameter name can be omitted if value comes first.
- pagename: the name of the page being cited. Can usually be copied from the first heading in the body of the page. Parameter name can be omitted if value comes second.
