Appears to be the transport section of 1/5th Battalion, Royal Sussex Regiment, British Army (also known as the Cinque Ports Battalion) photographed after the First World War. This battalion had a very distinctive cap badge with an asymmetrical feather at the top. The horses and wagons are consistent with a transport section. Some of the soldiers are wearing First World War campaign medals which were not issued until after the war.
